Wonderful friendly staff. Wonderful well decorated room Perfect room climate control, often it is either a cold blizzard from the airconditioning or heat but here it just maintained a very comfortable atmosphere without a fuss even though it was very warm and humid outside. I traveled for business and got upgraded to an executive room. It was very spacious and with great amenities. Too bad I only stayed for one night, but everything was great, even the room service.

I have stayed here regularly for about 10 years for my trips to Shanghai. This is my first trip to Shanghai since the pandemic and I am very happy that everything is still as good as always, perhaps better. The rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly, competent and speak multiple languages. Good to be back!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Lily the manager was there when I checked in to greet me and make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. My room was amazing and the bed was super comfortable. The lobby bar had a really nice vibe and the staff was great. I highly recommend staying here.
