People . Extraordinary team , super helpful people . Sorry , I dont have the names to mention . But all the team members from concierge , front desk , house keeping in my floor , the team in lounge etc were extraordinary . The concierge went to great levels to arrange my tickets for Beijing . Great location in financial district . Just go for this hotel if you want a hotel at this part of the city .

The moment we arrived at the hotel, the staff helped us to unload our luggages from car and even bring it up to our hotel room. There were always staff at the entrance to open the car door for us if we ride on car. The breakfast buffet spread is awsome! We love it! The hotel room is old style furnishing, but the furniture not old. The room was very clean and spacious. Overall our stay experience was excellent! Highly recommended!

The room was spacious and I did like the unusual, lengthy layout. Bathroom big as well, with the amenities needed. WiFi in China seems to be a general issue, as it doesn't work with many website one is used to. Guess government policy.

You walk into a hotel from the 1970s which actually has some charme since it is immaculate clean and the staff is very friendly. I was able to check in earlier complimentary and was upgraded. The room is very clean and has all amenities of a 5 star hotel. The bed was incredible comfortable

Breakfast could have more choices. Room was excellent! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Allowed us to take a shower in the gym even after we checked out earlier in the morning and just returned the afternoon to fetch our luggage for our return flight.
